About the Doctor

Dr. Joanna Levin is a board certified orthodontist who is honored to be the only orthodontist in the state of Colorado who received both her dental and orthodontic degrees at an Ivy-League school. She completed her undergraduate studies at Lehigh University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Neuroscience. She then went on to attend the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine for both her dental training and orthodontic residency. Dr. Levin has been recognized in 5280 Magazine as one of Denver's Top Dentists 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. Besides creating beautiful smiles, Dr. Levin spends her free time with her wonderful husband Brett and their two beautiful children, Ethan and Mirabel.

Levin Orthodontics is a state-of-the-art, fully computerized "paperless" practice, offering the most technologically-advanced treatment procedures available. Dr. Levin uses all forms of digital imaging, including photographs, x-rays, models, and, when necessary, 3-D x-ray scans, to develop a treatment plan that is individualized for each patient. Dr. Levin's care goes above and beyond by always being available to her patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for any orthodontic questions or concerns.

Dr. Levin is a member of many local and national dental and orthodontic associations including, the American Association of Orthodontists, American Board of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association and the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society.

Being involved in the community is extremely close to Dr. Levin’s heart. She takes part in the PBS Channel Kid’s Fair, the annual Lowry festival, "Glory Days", sponsors fundraisers for many schools in the Lowry/Denver area and conducts educational assemblies at local schools during National Orthodontic Health Month and National Dental Health Month.
